Maid of Honor: Susan Sanchez
Sue has been a very dear friend of both the bride and groom for several years now. Meeting at a cheer competition with the Burbank Titans and later co-founding the BurBridge Circle of Friends (I just made that up), Sue has been a strong support and awesome friend to have. Godmother to Payton; Payton is terrified by Sue! Affectionately known as the Hyena within The Circle, her bark is louder than her bite and she has a heart of gold! Michelle has now awarded Sue a new title: Maidzilla! But that is another story all together and you will learn more about that in future postings!
Lisa has been Michelle's friend since birth. They have been through it all! She will be one of Michelle's best friends forever and they have gotten each other through the hard times, sad times, and the confused times!! Growing up across the street from each other, Lisa was more like a sister than a friend and a big part of her family. She has since moved to Wisconsin, yes she is now a Cheese head with a Chicago attitude! Michelle is very honored that Lisa will be in her bridal party!
Anna is a member of the original "circle" and is close friends of both Michelle and Sean. Anna is very special to all of us. Please excuse anyone during the ceremony that yells "WHAT??? WHO??? I CANT HEAR!! SPEAK UP!!"....it is probably Anna (Anna remember we will be playing the quiet game). Anna is Trinity's "Fairy Godmother" and auntie to them all. She would do anything for our girls. She has a big heart and is a great friend to have! LOVE YOU ANNA!!
Cilla is our resident teacher and mother hen. She is a good friend of Michelle and "Big Sister" to Sean. She has supported both the bride and groom in times of need and always has encouraging words for offer at just the right time. It is because of Cilla and her new husband, Jeff, that you are all here reading this blog. After her wedding in June, we decided that it was time to get married ourselves (after all if Cilla can do it, so can Michelle!) Not to mention Sean caught the garter...
Trinity is the 3rd daughter of the Bride and Groom. She is very independent and thinks that this is HER wedding. It will be fun to see how she makes it down the aisle and where the "pedals" land.
The youngest of the Sean & Michelle, Payton is Sean's mini-me. Painfully shy, it will be a wonder if she makes it all the way down the aisle!
This is a bit unconventional but what are you gonna do? Danielle is Sean's best friend and so there is no other fitting place for her other than the Best Man position. Friends to both bride and groom, Danielle has been there for the whole family both in times of need and joy, usually with out question and at the drop of a hat! She is known as "auntie" to the bride and groom's children and is a bigger kid than they are sometimes. You will never know anyone with a bigger heart than Danielle. And for those that are wondering...she will not be made to wear a tuxedo...
Jeffery is a the newest addition to The Circle. Recently marrying Priscilla, Jeff has become a fixture of "hillbilly" that we have all come to love. Sticking out like a sore thumb when Priscilla first introduced him to all of us, we took bets on how long he would last. I think my bet was 1 week (Sue gave him till the end of the night). All joking aside, Jeff has become a very good friend and is like the older brother Sean never wanted!
When he is not devouring the Statue of Liberty in one bite, Danny is a good friend and co-worker of Sean's. Meeting almost a year ago at work, Danny quickly became a confidant and Sean's go-to for just about anything. He is the kind of person that cares about everyone and he is always willing to help. Danny has developed into more than a co-worker; he is a life long friend and like the younger brother Sean never wanted!
This was Evan's reaction when he was told he could not be Michelle's Maid of Honor! Evan is the protector of the "circle". He is one of the funniest people we know, but will snap anyone in half that crosses the line. He is one of Sean's best friends and "Fairy Godfather" (sorry bout the "fairy" part...take it up with Anna) to our Trinity. At this time I would like to draw your attention to the picture of Evan to the left. See the cell phone in his hands? He was queuing up "Warrior" to play once Jeff and Cilla said "I do". Evan is not allowed to have a cell phone in the church at our wedding. If you see him with one...please inform security!
Nephew to Michelle and Sean, Jake is 100% boy! Well mannered and all around good kid! Timmy and Marie may come up short one kid some day...lol. It's gonna be tough getting this one in a tux (we think).
JuJus is the youngest of the Maid of Honor. He is the perfect mix of shy and outgoing to fill the important roll of ring bearer. An all around great kid, Michelle and Sean are happy that he is in the wedding. Hopefully the Flower Girl will not try and beat him up...again.
